Neck Lift

A neck lift, also known as a lower rhytidectomy, is a procedure that improves the appearance of the neck by tightening loose skin and muscles and removing excess fat. As we age, the skin around our neck can become loose and saggy, and the muscles can weaken, creating a "turkey neck" or "double chin" appearance. A neck lift can address these concerns and help you achieve a more youthful and defined neck contour.

During the procedure, incisions are made around the ears and/or under the chin, and excess skin and fat are removed. The remaining skin is then pulled taut and sutured in place, resulting in a firmer, smoother neck.

In addition to its cosmetic benefits, a neck lift can also have practical benefits, such as reducing discomfort caused by excess skin rubbing against clothing. If you are interested in learning more about neck lift surgery and whether it is right for you, schedule a consultation with Dr Marion.
